DIY: Little Red Bowtie Headband

From simple costume party to daily casual wear with this one-of-a-kind headpiece go preppy-look.

MATERIALS:
  • 70mm Ribbon, red
  • 10x5 inch Blue felt cloth
  • A plain headband
  • Needle and Thread
  • Glue gun with glue stick (CAUTION: very hot; use it under adult supervision)
  • Scissor
PROCEDURE:
  • Cut along 30meter-long each of a ribbon
  • Fold it at the middle one and stitch it with needle and thread until it form as a large bowtie
  • Cover-up with blue felts (or use it the old one) in the middle of a bowtie and secure with needle and thread
  • Using with glue gun, stick it in the middle-above of a plain headband
  • (If desire) secure it with thread and needle stitches to avoid slip-ups
  • ENJOY! Wear this Minnie Mouse-inspired bow-tie head piece.

DIY: Quirky Corkboard Chart

Quirky Cork board Chart
You never missed a schedule or a reminder's list and even your memo pad's off the note. This school season or in your workplace, do your own personalized cork board chart.

MATERIALS:
  • 18x24 inch-cork board
  • Old, glossy magazines
  • White glue
  • Scissor
  • Push pins (needed)
  • Candy 2014 Quotes of the day book (volumes 1 & 2) as cut-out notes 
PROCEDURES:
  • All you need is cork board (or use the old one or brought it to the hardware store)
  • Cut a piece of pictures of your choice from your old, glossy magazine using your scissors (e.g. letters for memos)
  • Stick-on the chosen pics (as personalized border) in the border-side of cork boards using white glue or also, school glue
  • For add-ons, use your Quote-of-the-day or #QOTDs cut-out (3-4 piece cut-outs) on the left-side of the cork board
  • For finishing touches, put 3-5 pieces of push-pins for memos and reminder notes (e.g. school homework, projects, payment dues, etc.
NOTE: need your help under adult supervision

Birthday Blues


It's my bro's birthday! Even do a little malfunction, a simple, well-creative kiddie-mode inspired backyard party. 



Balloon Bike

MATERIALS:
  • Inflated long balloons
  • Balloon pump
  • Old kiddie bike
INSTRUCTION:
  • Inflate first the long-sized balloons with balloon pump (makes up to 10 pieces)
  • Form balloons into different sculptures like poodle
  • Assemble it to the handle of a kiddie.
Cheesy-Clubhouse Sandwich with stir-fried Beansprouts
"Cheesy-Clubhouse sandwich with Stir-fried Beansprouts"
INGREDIENTS:
 For sandwich:
  • 3-piece Tasty bread
  • 2-slice of Cheese
  • 1 cup Sandwich spread
  • 1 Scrumble Egg
  • 1/2 cup Cooking oil 
 For beansprouts:
  • 1 kg Beansprouts
  • 2-3 cups Ground Pork
  • 1 clove crushed Garlic
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
 For sandwich:
  • In pre-heated pan, cook scrumble egg for 15 minutes, then set aside
  • Spread a piece of bread with sandwich bread in first layer up to last layer
  • Put 2 slice of Cheese to the second layer. 
  • And assemble it into clubhouse sandwich.
  • Once you assemble it, slice the middle one in a diagonal the lock it with 2-pc. toothpick
 For beansprouts:
  • Stir-fry in a cooking oil with garlic and ground pork for 5-10 minutes until golden brown
  • Put salt and pepper to taste then, follow-up the beansprouts and cook it for 15-20 minutes
  • If the mixture is done, put it on a side of Clubhouse sandwich.
  • Serve hot with cold drinks (Makes up to 2 servings)
