Band of brothers (The 2014 winter olympic diaries)

Three guys with full-blooded Filipinos who battled-out for different winter sport in this years Winter Olympic games in Sochi, Russia. Two of them with part-Filipino descendant and one of the is natural-born and pride of the Philippines even in the tropical country with pride and honor.

Michael Christian Martinez is a simple teenage guy from Muntinlupa city that He started as a weekend ice skater since 2005 up to upgraded training for figure skating. His graceful performance that wows the audience in many consecutive competitions from debuting Junior Grand Prix series in 2010-2011 editions, World Junior Championships up to reach to Olympic qualifiers. He took a 5th place for 2013 Nebelhorn Trophy in Junior Grand Prix in Latvia after He got a qualifying slot and He's the first-time figure skater who represent our country to Sochi. John Robert "J.R." Celsky is a American-born short-track speed skater form Monterey, California with his Polish dad and Filipina mother. He started a speed skating since 2009. He finished the 1500m to 5000m meter relay of short track speed skating and up to win his bronze medalist against two Koreans who cause of His accident that may cause of gruesome injury. He's recovery is fulfill okay after the same reason incidents after.

Gilmore Junio is a Canadian-born speed skater, also from Calgary with his Filipino parents after migration from our country since younger age. Junio qualify to compete to the Winter Olympics with preliminary in the short distance of 500-1000 meters and also, part of the Canadian Olympic team.
Junio is also a dance lover who knows the step-by-step songs from favorite 90's boyband, *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys.
