INGEDIENTS:
- 4 cups of crushed ice
- 2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 spoon of steamed sweet banana
- 1 spoon of taro paste or ube
- 1 spoon of palm roots or kaong
- 1/4 cup of water
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender until it looks like smoothie
- Put the mixture in the Popsicle moulder or in the plastic cups and cover-up with aluminum foil to secure the Popsicle sticks
- Chill-it in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or overnight
- Serve it well
