INGRIDIENTS:
- Grated Squash (1 1/2 cup)
- Baby Shrimps (2 tablespoon)
- Ground Meat (optional)
- Egg (1)
- Flour or Cornstrarch (1 teaspoon)
- Parmisan Cheese (optional)
- Garlic and Onions (1 each, crushed)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Cooking Oil (1 cup)
PROCEDURE:
- Grate squash in a large bowl and combine shrimp, ground meat and crushed garlic and onions and mix well.
- Combine egg beaten and flour, mix well and add to the mixture. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and continue to mix.
- In a pan, heat 1 cup cooking oil. The mixture formed into patties with your clean hands or 2 spoons and deep fry.
- Served with rice and choices of your sauces and dips.
GOOD FOR 3-4 SERVINGS
