·

- Apply white-colored nail polish as a first-base to add a pop colors.
- Before dipping your fingernails with water, apply a petroleum jelly on your skin around the nails.
- In a bowl of water (in a room temperature,) drop a first color into the water until the spread-up.
- Add a second color up to the 5th and last color you drop for up to producing a “Bull’s Eye” effects.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the colors start from the middle to onwards.
- After swirling, dip your fingernails to the water and wait for the nail polish until they settled.
- To remove the excess nail polish to your skin (around your nails,) apply a nail polish remover until you clean up.
- (If needed,) apply a fast-dry top coat for extra shine (and finally)
- Add a drop of quick dry coat and follow by cuticle conditioner to maintain the shininess
