INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo of Breast Chicken, chopped (boneless if desired)
1 pack bread crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, batter
1 1/2 shot of red wine
salt & pepper to taste
cooking oil

PROCEDURE:
Wash chicken to warm water 2 times, add 1 1/2 shot of red wine, salt and pepper and marinade for 10 minutes.
Beat 2 eggs and batter then put marinated chicken first to all-purpose flour then batter and last is bread crumbs. Fry these to the cooking for about 10 minutes or until golden-brown. To dry, put them to the paper towel and READY TO SERVE!
